Heaven's gonna burn your eyes
I've been wanting to write for a few weeks but couldn't find the right way to ease back into things. Everyone in college talks about My Space that it's now a Freudian slip. A dude in chemistry meant to say that past tests were on the My[college] site but he said, "It's on My Space." I think I'm too chronologically advanced for that site because I was just asking Mark a few weeks ago, "What happened to Friendster?" [sigh]
On that note, everything seems to be fine and life is advancing well. I rocked out in Kansas City last week and took my three year old niece to a bar. A guy with an eye patch let her strum a guitar. I've lately had the privelege of hanging out with one of the coolest people alive. He's restored my hope in the state of California.
Several weeks ago I realized my dream of completely natural hair. I hadn't had that since I was sixteen. And my natural color is really cool, I've found. It's so healthy that I can use $2 Trader Joe's shampoo. That's lucky too since that's all I can afford.
